Dr. Josh Prickett M.D.
Josh L.V. Prickett M.D. is the medical director of E-Care Emergency Centers in North Richland Hills and is board certified in Family Medicine. He has practiced emergency medicine for over 25 years. He was formerly the Vice Chief of Medicine at Harris-Methodist HEB Hospital, spear-headed the training, implementation and improvement development of the electronic documentation Program (ED EPIC) at HEB Emergicare, and has served as an emergency physician at hospitals in Oklahoma and Minnesota before coming to the DFW area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and his Doctorate of Medicine from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He is married to Carin and has two grown children.
Through his responsible leadership, Dr. Prickett knows that each E-Care Emergency Center can provide the emergency care of a hospital-based ER, at a fraction of the wait time. He also knows that all of his staff members are dedicated to caring for his patients efficiently, with respect and a smile, and without the distractions found in a hospital.
