Total time was just short of one hr. With in 10 minutes I saw the Dr. Jackson who was great is seeing my ear problem and making arrangements for treatment. He also gave me a local Dr. recommendation for a primary physician, which I call today and made an appointment. Nurses, Tammy and Mandy were very professional in listening to my problem and in the treatment. I had never used facilities such as yours, but you can bet that if the chance come up again, you can expect me at your door step. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

In just under an hour I was processed, seen by Dr. Pritchett, given prescriptions and done! The next day my symptoms were so much improved! Everyone there is kind, friendly and efficient and the facility is clean. Excellent health care, especially on the weekend!

I wanted to express CarterBloodCare’s gratitude to you and all the wonderful donors that gave so graciously of their time to help others on Friday. We drew 21 units of blood and there were 4 tries. We missed our goal by only 5 units! BRAVO! We hope everyone had a pleasant donation experience. I am pleased to hear that the crew did an excellent job for you and your donors. Please also thank the E-Care Emergency Center management for allowing us to be there and supporting this ever so needed community service. Severe Dog Bite, No Problem–Great Care at E-Care: I visited E-Care after a severe dog bite. At first I was hesitant to go to a stand-alone ER with such a bad wound and considered going straight to a large hospital ER. Boy am I glad I chose to go to E-Care. It was clean and well run. The wait time was zero. And the staff, from the receptionist to Dr. Prickett, were awesome. They quickly and calmly cleaned up my wound, sewed it up, and even had me come in later at no charge just to follow up on my care! They have served my whole family with any type of emergency and have always been well above average. I would recommend them to everyone I care about! Yes, E-Care does CARE! Thank you guys!
