Insurance Plans Accepted
If you have a medical emergency and need immediate treatment but aren’t sure the urgent care clinic will accept your health insurance, don’t be. Our emergency centers accept most major insurance plans. If you have insurance coverage it is helpful to bring your most current insurance card when you arrive at our clinic. If your insurance card doesn’t list your primary care physician, please have their name, address, and phone number if possible. Should you have a co-payment, if applicable, we ask that you pay this when you arrive at our care center.
If E-Care Emergency Center does not participate with your insurance plan, or you do not have private insurance coverage, please speak to us about payment of your bill.
Your Primary Care Physician
Unlike many walk-in clinics, our emergency care clinic does not require you to change your primary care physician in order for us to provide care. We have many working relationships with health insurance plans and local primary care physicians so that you can be treated for your medical condition without wait. We will take care of your immediate needs today and any necessary follow up care will be with your primary care physician.
If you don’t have a primary care physician, we will gladly provide you with a list of physicians in the area who are currently accepting new patients to treat your future medical needs.
We accept most major insurance plans. At the time of your visit we will verify your insurance benefits. Ultimately, every patient we work with has the responsibility to pay for services at the time they receive services.
